Defenders Tomato Leaf Miner Pheromone Traps

Defenders Tomato Leaf Miner Pheromone Traps are a poison free method for controlling leaf-burrowing tomato leaf miners on crops such as tomatoes, lettuce and sweet peppers.

If left uncontrolled, these pests can cause reduced plant vigour, leaf-drop, and poor yields in salad crops.

Use the traps throughout the summer months to trap these distinctive flies and disrupt their breeding cycles. Due to being pest-free they will also keep birds, bees, non-target species of wildlife and pollinating insects free from harm.

The traps will remain effective for up to 2 months and can be refilled when required using the refill-twin pack.

How to Use

• Remove traps from sealed plastic packaging
• Use the included string to hang the traps where needed
• Hang your traps at a height of around 10-20cm above the target, growing crop
• The pheromone will lure male flies and disrupt the breeding cycle
• Move the traps higher as your plants grow
• Traps will remain effective for up to 2 months
