Scepter'd Isle® (Ausland) is an upright shrub rose with charming light pink, cupped flowers and delicate yellow stamens.
The beautiful light pink blooms become paler towards the edges and have a strong Myrrh fragrance. It has an elegant and upright shape, holding its blooms gracefully above the foliage to create magnificent garden displays. A medium-size shrub, Scepter'd Isle is perfect for growing in a mixed border, a rose border or a large pot or container. It also has the added benefit of being a great way to attract bees and other pollinators into your garden.
Introduced in 1996 this English Shrub rose was bred by David Austin. Its name is taken from John of Gaunt’s speech expressing his love for England in Shakespeare’s Richard II.
