David Austin Eustacia Vye® (Ausegdon) is an extremely attractive English Shrub Rose with mid-pink and apricot blooms and a wonderful strong fruity fragrance.
A very healthy variety with a strong upright habit and vigorous growth, it has an abundance of delicately ruffled flowers. From buds, this medium shrub rose bears shallow cups which then open to pretty rosettes. New petals have a wonderful richness to the colour, which gradually pales over time and creates a magnificent mix of colours to admire.
Perfect for growing in pots and containers, in mixed borders alongside a host of companion plants, or planted as a statement in a rose border, this versatile rose will not disappoint.
Introduced in 2019, David Austin Eustacia Vye® (Ausegdon) English Shrub Rose is named after the heroine in Thomas Hardy's novel, The Return of the Native.
