Despite having an exotic appearance, this dahlia is low maintenance and easy to grow and will return year after year. To ensure you get the best display, plant your tuber in a sunny but sheltered spot, in any moist but free draining soil. Remember to remove the faded flowers as this encourages new buds to form and use supports if the flowers start to droop. It may also require some protection from harsh winter conditions.
