Admire it cascading over walls, spilling into gravel pathways, or meandering through a rock garden, Convolvulus ‘Cneorum’ will add a touch of Mediterranean beauty to your garden. Also known as a 'Silverbush' it is a wonderful addition to sunny areas with its combination of silvery foliage and striking white flowers.
With a profusion of blooms throughout May, June, and July the bright white flowers have a custard yellow centre to give it a touch of warmth. Beneath the flowers, it has sensational silky, silvery-coloured foliage that adds an air of sophistication to this spreading shrub.
An award-winning variety, it has received the prestigious Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society, so you have peace of mind that this plant has excellent resistance to pests and disease and is well suited to the UK climate.
Easy to grow, simply plant Convolvulus ‘Cneorum’ in free draining soil or use a gritty compost, and position in a sunny spot. To retain its bushy shape, remember to prune hard each year, in August or September, and you will have a wonderful display to enjoy year after year.
