To get the most from this tree, simply plant it in a bright and sunny position, in moist well drained soil. Ideally find a west or south facing position, that is sheltered in order to protect the blooms from harsh wind. It is well suited to the UK climate so you will enjoy many years of wonderful juicy fruit.
This Pear Tree is a great choice for enhancing informal spaces or cottage gardens, adding colour and structure to the space. It is grown on Quince A rootstock which makes it a great choice for smaller gardens, growing to an approximate mature height of 4-5 metres.
