A tough, drought resistant beauty, a pack of 20 Allium ‘Oreophilum’ bulbs produces striking rich pink blooms. It is easy to grow and will return year after year with a display that just keeps getting better.
Also known as ‘Pink Lily Leek’ or ‘Mountain Lover’ these blooms thrive in rock gardens and gravel gardens, but also look wonderful in mixed beds and borders. With a compact growing habit they also make a wonderful addition to pots and containers. You can even add them to you cut flower displays to admire around the home.
With its vibrant pink hues they look wonderful in a mixed bed planted alongside plants such as lavender, sage or iris. They are also a great way to attract bees and butterflies in to your garden so can be used to create a beautiful cottage gardens.
To get the best from the Allium ‘Oreophilum’ bulbs, position them in a bright, sunny spot, in any moist but free draining soil.
