The medium-sized variegated Acer pseudoplatanus 'Simon-Louis Frères' Tree, or Sycamore, is a vibrant tree to admire throughout the seasons.
The young foliage emerges in spring with vibrant shades of flamingo pink, almost red, hues that add a burst of colour to the garden. As the leaves mature, the foliage transforms into their variegated form with delicate green with white markings across each leaf. In autumn this wonderful tree changes again into a mesmerising display of gold and bronze shades, before the leaves fall, ready for winter.
This wonderful and slow growing Sycamore tree has a smaller stature than other sycamore trees and bushy growth, that makes it a wonderful feature tree. It looks wonderful planted near entrances or gates, so you can admire its beauty throughout the year.
