How to use: 3 simple steps to perfectly smoked food
- Step 1: Soak chips in a tray with water for up to 1 hour, meanwhile set up your barbecue for cooking gently over an indirect heat source
- Step 2: On a gas barbecue, transfer soaked chips to a Weber Universal Smoker Box (purchased separately) and place at the back of your grill. Alternatively on a charcoal barbecue, liberally sprinkle soaked chips directly onto lit charcoal
- Step 3: Add food to the grate, close the lid and let the barbecue do all the work as the chips gently enhance your meat dishes with plenty of flavour
