Magical memories for families
Christmas at Gates is all about magical memories, and for many families, a visit to see Santa has become a cherished tradition. We’re thrilled to announce that Santa and his cheeky elves will once again be joining us this festive season for our Dine with Santa experiences!
From Friday 28th November until Christmas Eve, families can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner with Santa and his Elves. Santa will be waiting to greet you in the Thornton Suite at Gates Oakham and at Fred & Ivy’s Restaurant at Gates Hinckley. All children’s dining tickets include a wonderful gift from Santa.
Alongside the meal, little ones will enjoy festive fun with Santa and his Elves, from laughter and games to plenty of seasonal cheer. Every child will also receive a wonderful special gift to take home – the perfect reminder of their magical experience. Our menus are designed for children age 2 years and above.
Your festive menu choices
- Dinner with Santa served with unlimited tea, filter coffee, orange or apple juice for adults and unlimited Cawston Press cartons for children
- Adult roast turkey dinner: Sliced turkey crown, roast potatoes, stuffing ball, pigs in blanket, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, gravy. Followed by a warm mince pie
- Adult sweet potato & spinach pie: Sweet potato & spinach pie, served with chips, seasonal vegetables. Followed by a warm mince pie
- Child traditional festive roast turkey dinner: Sliced turkey crown, roast potatoes, pigs in blanket, Yorkshire pudding, carrots & peas, gravy. Followed by a gingerbread reindeer
- Child chicken goujons: Chicken goujons, served with chips, baked beans. Followed by a gingerbread reindeer
- Breakfast with Santa served with unlimited tea, filter coffee, orange or apple juice for adults and unlimited Cawston Press cartons for children
- Adult traditional English breakfast: 1 Hambleton sausage, 2 slices back bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 plum tomato, mushrooms, 1 fried egg, baked beans, 1 slice of white toast, butter
- Adult American-style pancakes: Stack of American-style pancakes with fruit compote & yoghurt
- Child traditional English breakfast: 1 Hambleton sausage, 1 slice back bacon, 1 hash brown, baked beans, 1 fried egg, ½ slice of white toast, butter
- Child American-style pancake breakfast: American style pancakes with blueberries and syrup
We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free alternatives, so no-one misses out! Please click through to the checkout in our booking system to choose your option.
Important Information
- All children’s dining tickets include a wonderful gift from Santa
- Each child must be accompanied by an adult, and each table booking must include a child ticket for this family focused event.
- The meal and gift experience are recommended for children aged 2+. Babes in arms are free of charge, and do not require a ticket, but in this instance wouldn’t receive a meal or gift. If younger children can sit at the table and enjoy a meal, please purchase a ticket to secure their meal and gift.
- Seating is pre-allocated and separate bookings cannot be combined to make a single table. Please ensure your whole party is combined into one booking to secure one table
- Booking confirmation will be emailed to you – please bring this with you on arrival
