Garden Furniture at Gates: What’s new for 2025?

As we grow our stores to include two locations – adding Woodlands Hinckley alongside our well-established Oakham store, we’ve also expanded our garden furniture ranges, with patio sets either in stock now or arriving soon!

We continue to replenish and add to our popular and well established ranges from Bramblecrest and Hartman garden furniture, which we’ve stocked every year for more than twenty years. We’ve also added to our Supremo Leisure and LIFE Outdoor Living collections this year. As we grow, our garden furniture options have expanded too and this year we are pleased to announce the launch of a new garden furniture brand called Orchard Life.

Orchard Life is unique to Gates, providing a premium selection of outdoor rattan furniture, offering exceptional comfort, quality and value for money. The deluxe feel and superior quality of Orchard Life garden furniture really is worth a look and there is something to suit most gardens.

So, what is new at Gates in our garden furniture department for 2025? Firstly, we take a look at what’s trending in garden furniture for 2025, then we explore our key new collections and finally we discover new concepts for this season.

What’s trending for 2025 at Gates?

Inspired by lighter, brighter days, this year we see traditional, contemporary and retro-inspired designs in natural and neutral tones. Calming colours of neutral beige, mocha and sage are all the rage for 2025, as we continue to enjoy shades of grey in the latest garden furniture innovations.

This return to nature can be seen in the natural wood or wood-look finishes on tabletops, armrests, parasols and pergolas. All designed with minimal maintenance and maximum comfort in mind and made with reliable, robust and durable outdoor materials. Our wood-look or wood-effect garden furniture allows you to enjoy the look of real wood without any of the hassle. It looks realistic and benefits from none of the maintenance normally associated with real wood. For a calming and relaxing outdoor space, look for wood-effect features to enhance your garden and bring a more natural aesthetic to your outdoor space.

To complement this neutral and nature-inspired palette, our garden furniture can be paired with stylish accessories to complete the look. New garden furniture ranges for 2025

This year, the seamless fusion of indoor and outdoor styles continues, with many garden sets designed to suit both gardens and conservatories. Here is an overview, by brand, of our latest featured garden furniture ranges and what’s new for each brand in 2025.

Orchard Life – New for 2025

Building on the success of our rattan garden furniture collections, we are proud to introduce Orchard Life. Unique to Gates, Orchard Life specialises in high-quality woven garden furniture. Consisting of four key ranges: Braeburn, Morello, Mulberry, and Russet, this new collection offers a practical mix of casual lounge and dining sets made from all-weather materials, which are all backed by solid and dependable warranties.

Bramblecrest 2025

As one of the largest retailers of Bramblecrest garden furniture in the UK, we have introduced new collections which reflect the look for 2025 with neutral colour pallets of beige, mocha and sage. A recent partnership between Bramblecrest and the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has inspired three new garden collections by Bramblecrest: RHS Rosemoor, RHS Wisley and RHS Bridgewater. For 2025, we are proud to introduce both the RHS Rosemoor and RHS Wisley collections to our Bramblecrest portfolio. These stunning garden sets are inspired by some of the UK’s most beloved RHS gardens, bringing together modern materials with classic country style to create places to relax and enjoy. What makes the RHS collection stand out are the organic colourways, soft seating and gentle profiles which reflect the beautiful garden styles that can be seen at both RHS Wisley in Surrey and RHS Rosemoor in Devon.

Bramblecrest continues to innovate their all-weather rattan garden furniture and this year we see the introduction of the eye-catching and contemporary Oregon collection, which features dark grey ‘Black Truffle’ rattan rope in a cross-hatch design. The space-saving frames are designed with comfort in mind and are paired with thick, season-proof Eco Ash cushions. There are also brand new additions to the established Zurich collection by Bramblecrest. Look out for the new milky mocha frames featuring wood effect ‘tree-free’ finishes.

Hartman 2025

New for Hartman 2025 are the exciting new Eden and Trevi collections, along with a new games set which we’ll explore further in New Concepts for 2025, below. Both Eden and Trevi are contemporary aluminium metal garden ranges and feature ‘Teak Folie’ wood-look finishes with plush Weatherready® cushions that can be left outside all summer. These new ranges are as comfortable as they are impressive.

Supremo 2025

Supremo’s latest additions to their outdoor furniture collection include light colour combinations led by the latest innovations for outdoor living. Worthy of note this year is the Novara ‘silver strand’ rope collection with its wood-look accents and Brooklyn Grey frames. Modern and sophisticated, this garden furniture is stylish and practical for outdoor living and is made with robust outdoor materials. Novara can be paired with the latest Belfort pergolas, with their wood-effect aluminium frames.

New concepts at Gates for 2025

Convenience and fun are essential considerations for any garden. Gardens are a place to relax, recuperate and spend time with loved ones. With this in mind, we’ve selected some new garden furniture that are practical, versatile and fun to use.

Create an unforgettable outdoor experience with Hartman’s Crucible Multi-Use Dining & Games Set. This unique outdoor table and seating set makes the perfect setting for family and friends. Play pool or take on an opponent at table tennis, the choice is yours, and at the end of play, you can all relax around a games table that converts fully into a dining table for food and drinks.

Cocoons continue to be popular and in particular our Bramblecrest cocoons offer flexible seating solutions for one, two or three people. Superbly relaxing and stylish, these garden swing seat egg chairs not only look elegant but they are tremendously comfortable too. This year we see the introduction of Bramblecrest’s Santiago range which is an innovative range of folding cocoons that are easy to store and quick to set up. Santiago features the new 2025 colours – neutral mocha and sage.

For convenience, we love the new Bramblecrest Chedworth Deluxe 2 Seat Recliner Set in Sandstone Rattan with Integrated Footrests – this is currently on show in our Oakham store. This incredible garden duo has a hidden footrest that can be easily operated whilst seated, with a simple lever located at the side of each seat. Not only does this make using a foot rest optional for when you need to put your feet up, but it is also a space-saving garden set, with the foot rest remaining neatly tucked away when not in use.
