Weber Barbecue Demonstrations

Learn how to take your barbecue skills to the next level and get grill-ready for the summer season, with the Weber grill professionals.

If you feel like you might be stuck in a rut busting out burgers and bashing out bangers on your trusty old grate, why not drop in to one of Gates Garden Centre’s Weber demonstrations, to meet their team of barbecue professionals.

They will show ways you could enhance your barbecue skills with insider-tips, tricks and techniques on how you can take your grill skills to the next level, and the equipment they use to maximise their cooks.

You will get the opportunity to cook and sample delicious steak grilled over a charcoal barbecue, and even a vegetarian margherita pizza cooked on a gas barbecue. The grill masters will be demonstrating the Weber Master-Touch GBS Premium SE E-5775 Charcoal Grill Barbecue 57cm, the Weber Genesis E-335 Gas Barbecue and the Weber Traveler Gas Grill Barbecue with Travel Cart. You can also get hands-on cooking experience with each.

The first ten customers that spend at least £75 on Weber Barbecue Fuel and Accessories each day will receive a free copy of the excellent Weber’s Barbecue Bible Cookbook, worth £24.99, packed full of recipes, expert advice and tips and tricks from Weber Master Griller, James Purviance.

The sessions are completely free and open to anyone at any experience level, whether you are a self-proclaimed BBQ master, first time barbecuer, or making the transition from charcoal to gas, our on-hand Weber experts can help. You don’t need to own a Weber barbecue to come along. No booking is necessary, just drop in to the Weber World Store at Gates Garden Centre on the day. Demonstrations will be held on Friday 10th, Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th June.

What to expect at the barbecue demonstration days

The Weber BBQ professionals will provide inspiration and guidance on how to improve your grill skills, utilising the insider-secrets they use to achieve great results and you will get to sample the delicious fruits of their labour.

Appetising steak will be prepared on the charcoal-fired Weber Master-Touch GBS Premium SE E-5775 Charcoal Grill Barbecue 57cm and there will be an introduction to Weber’s Barbecue Bible Cookbook. There will also be instructions on how to get the best out of official Weber Barbecue Fuel and Accessories such as the Weber Rapidfire Chimney Starter, Weber lighter cubes and also the Weber igrill 3 Digital Temperature Probes, Weber Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) Sear Grates and Weber BBQ Leather Gloves.

On the Weber Genesis E-335 Gas Barbecue, the team will be cooking up vegetarian margherita pizza with the help of official Weber accessories such as the Weber Premium Ceramic Glazed Grilling Stone, Weber Pizza Paddle, Weber Pizza Cutter and Weber Premium Gloves.

Timings

Sessions are running between the hours of 10.00am-5.00pm on Friday 10^th June, 9.30am-5.00pm on Saturday 11^th June and 10.00am-4.30pm on Sunday 12^th June. No booking necessary, just drop in to the Weber World Store at Gates Garden Centre on the day.
