The ‘Pearl’ shrub rose from Whartons Roses produces masses of creamy pink double roses, with a darker pink centre. The elegant colour, coupled with the beautiful hybrid tea shape, creates the wonderful effect of a shining pearl.

Known for its graceful appearance, the blooms repeat flower throughout its long flowering season and have a delightful delicate fragrance that won’t overpower. Acting as the perfect contrast to the blooms, this shrub rose also has beautiful rich green, glossy foliage which accentuates and frames the wonderful roses.

With clusters of charming pink roses, it will be hard to resist planting more than one of these shrub roses in your garden. It works well in a variety of spaces, such as city and courtyard gardens adding long-lasting colour, as well as beds and borders of any size, to create dramatic displays. It also makes an excellent cut flower to enjoy florist quality blooms around the home.

The ‘Pearl’ shrub rose is easy to grow, has good disease resistance and consistent healthy growth. This has been rigorously assessed by the Royal Horticultural Society who have given it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit. So, you have peace of mind that you will enjoy its magnificent flowers for many years to come.

To get the best blooms from the ‘Pearl’ shrub rose, plant it with some soil improver or well-rotted manure and then add a sprinkling of Mycorrhizal Fungi to encourage strong root growth. Position your rose in a sunny spot, in moist but well-drained soil. You will then enjoy many years of magnificent floral displays.
