How to use: 4 steps to perfect smoked poultry on a barbecue
- Step 1: Soak chips in a try of water for up to 1 hour
- Step 2: Set up your barbecue to cook indirectly, over gentle heat
- Step 3: On a gas barbecue, place soaked chips in Weber Universal Smoker Box (purchased separately) and put on the back of the grate. For a charcoal barbecue, liberally sprinkle pre-soaked chips directly over lit coals
- Step 4: Place food on the grate, close lid and let the barbecue do all the work, as meat is gently enriched with the flavour from real wood smoke
