How to use – 4 simple steps to smoke the perfect barbecued pork
- Step 1: Soak your chips in a tray of water for up to 1 hour
- Step 2: Set up your barbecue for cooking over an indirect gentle heat source
- Step 3: On a gas barbecue add your soaked chips to a Weber Universal Smoker Box (purchased separately) and position on the rear of the grate. On a charcaol grill, liberally sprinkle pre-soaked chips on top of lit coals
- Step 4: Add your food onto the grate, close the lid and let the smoke from the chips gently infuse the meat with rich sweet smoky flavours
