How to use: 4 Simple steps to incredible smoked pork and poultry
- Step 1: Pre soak whiskey wood chips in water for up to 1 hour
- Step 2: Set up your barbecue for gentle cooking over an indirect heat source
- Step 3: For excellent results on a gas barbecue add your chips to a Weber Universal Smoker Box (purchased separately). On a charcoal grill add sprinkle soaked chips directly onto hot coals.
- Step 4: Add your food on the grate and relax as the barbecue does all the work, and your food is gently infused by wood smoke as it cooks
