Bringing the big taste of your favourite restaurant to your own back garden, Weber’s intense high-heat Sear Zone locks in flavour and tenderness by caramelising meat at hot temperatures, to produce multiple superior steaks at a time. Meanwhile, those same steaks come with impressive grill lines seared into them thanks to the porcelain-enamelled cast iron cooking grate which retains heat efficiently. At the side of the barbecue, you’ll find a side burner, perfect for heating through sauces and sautéing.

As well as barbecuing burgers and bangers, you can enjoy baking flame cooked BBQ pizza, roasting a whole chicken, steaming veggies and more, by using additional Weber Gourmet BBQ Systems (GBS), grillware and accessories (purchased separately). Alternatively, small and delicate items such as fajitas or breakfasts can be sizzled to perfection on a Weber GBS Cast Iron Griddle Plate for the ultimate show-stopping performance at the grill.
