Weber’s Searwood Wood Pellet Grill is a stand up smart smoker that can comfortably run at temperatures from 80°C to 315°C (600°F), hot enough for deeply satisfying searing across the whole grill, as well as grilling and smoking low and slow.
Powered by wood pellets, the Searwood is RapidReact PID controlled, meaning it heats up quickly and holds heat consistently, even after lifting the lid. This constant heat is perfect for smoking low and slow, creating bold smoky flavours and juicy tender flesh that falls apart, on melt in the mouth ribs, brisket or pulled pork.
With intuitive digitally assisted Weber Connect controls, you can monitor and control the grill remotely, receive alerts when food is ready, or track the progress of your cook using live graphs and even access easy to follow recipe suggestions.
The Searwood is compatible with rotisserie and Weber Crafted griddle accessories (purchased separately) for even more cooking options, from smashed burgers and breakfasts to perfect spit roast chicken or turkey.
