Cook directly over fiery charcoal for intense searing heat or cook gently with indirect heat to keep meat moist and delicious. Both methods will lock in flavour for that authentic barbecue taste. Over direct heat, this barbecue will easily cook approximately 40+ burgers, 20+ steaks or with indirect heat it will cook at least 10 whole chickens.

The Ranch Kettle comes with a tough hard-wearing porcelain-enamelled bowl and lid to retain heat and a high quality stainless steel hinged cooking grate to make topping up briquettes or lump wood a cinch. The durable all-weather bowl and lid will not rust or peel, so you can leave it set up ready for use all year round.

The large lid rolls back with the help of a sturdy roller system to make the giant grill easy to use. The Ash Catcher is removable and will capture grease and ash debris. This will also protect the ground underneath, but only empty ash once cooled.
