This Black Weber Master-Touch GBS E-5750 Charcoal Barbecue is an innovative and fully equipped weatherproof barbecue with a 57cm cooking grate.

With enough room to cook for family and friends, this unique Weber BBQ does it all. Using the Bowl vents, you’ll be able to control the ‘smoke’ setting, giving you heat control to create ideal temperatures for barbecuing, smoking or roasting. The list of food you can prepare with the Weber Master-Touch is endless. Plus it’s ready to use all year round.

Thanks to the Gourmet BBQ System (GBS), you can cook it all from breakfast and brunch, to simmering sauces and dinner. The GBS system is a stainless steel hinged cooking grate to enable a multitude of ways to cook. The removable 30cm grate will enable you to use other items from the Weber GBS system series, helping you to cook everything from pizza and fajitas, to roasting poultry or searing a steak.

The internal charcoal grate is triple plated and will last for years and there’s a handy built-in lid thermometer too. So no need to lift the lid too often, keeping heat and flavour locked in.

The iGrill bracket holder is ideal for your iGrill (purchase separately).

The bottom wire rack is great for storage and the handy lid-holder frees up hands. Safety is important and to ensure hands don’t get burned, the lid handle comes with a heat shield.

Weber recommend positioning food directly over briquettes to traditionally barbecue food or move food to the sides and keep the lid on for indirect cooking.

When you have finished barbecuing, the stainless steel one touch cleaning system can be used to operate three angled blades which sweep ash into a removable ash catcher pan, ready to be disposed of once cooled.
