Weber Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) Pizza Stone

The Weber Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) Pizza Stone is a natural pizza stone for barbecues.

Ideal for cooking pizza to perfection and intended for use with a GBS cooking grate.

Easy to use, simply remove the grate, then insert the Pizza Stone for a secure fit. When your pizza is ready to eat just lift the stone out and carry to the table with the built in handles or use the Weber Pizza Paddle to take out the pizza leaving the stone in place to cook more, which, of course, you won’t be able to resist.

To ensure a light and crispy thin crust pizza, the stone is made from Cordierite, which absorbs moisture while cooking. As this is a natural stone product, it should be brushed clean and rinsed with water – please don’t use soap.

Cook pizza like a pro and create authentic crisp Italian style pizzas hot off the barbecue.
