How to use: 5 simple steps to perfect roast chicken
- Step 1: Set up your barbecue for cooking with a gentle, indirect heat source
- Step 2: Pour your favourite basting liquid into the well at the centre of the roaster. You can use any liquid such as beer, cider, juice or wine
- Step 3: Place the upright holder on top of the liquid and position the chicken on top
- Step 4: To ensure moisture is retained, use the lid top to seal the neck of the chicken
- Step 5: Simply follow your chosen recipe for barbecued chicken
