Weber Deluxe Poultry Roaster

Helping you roast chicken to perfection and infuse it with flavour, the Weber Deluxe Poultry Roaster is Ideal for preparing both crispy and moist chicken, with a delicious flavour (on a Weber 57cm charcoal barbecue, or 2 burner gas grill and up).

Easy to use, simply pour your favourite liquid into the roaster. You can use any liquid such as beer, cider, juice or wine. Place the upright holder on top of the liquid well and position the chicken on top. To ensure moisture is retained use the lid top to seal the neck of the chicken. The Roaster will also capture all the juices needed to make a gravy or we like placing vegetables around the base which are basted by the cooking juices from the poultry.

If using in a Weber charcoal barbecue, you can use Char-Baskets either side of the Poultry Roaster to use your barbecue like an oven. Using your barbecue to cook chicken this way also means your kitchen oven stays clean.

We love how easy this Poultry Roaster is to clean thanks to the the ceramic non-stick coating. Plus it’s dishwasher safe, making life easier.
