How to use: 4 simple steps for perfectly smoked food
- Step 1: Soak chips in a tray of water for up to 1 hour
- Step 2: Set up your barbecue for cooking with a gentle indirect heat source
- Step 3: On a gas barbecue, transfer chips to a Weber Universal Smoker Box (purchased separately) and place at the back of the barbecue. Alternatively on a charcoal grill, liberally sprinkle soaked chips directly onto lit coals
- Step 4: Add food to the cooking grate, close the lid and let the barbecue do all the work as your food is gently infused with rich smoke
