- Step 1: Soak your chips in water for up to 1 hour
- Step 2: Set up your barbecue to cook over an indirect gentle heat source
- Step 3: On a gas barbecue, add your chips to a Weber Universal Smoker Box (purchased separately) and place to the rear of the grill. On a charcoal grill add pre-soaked chips directly onto lit coals
- Step 4: Add food to the grate, close the lid of the barbecue and let the smoke from the chips gently infuse your food as it cooks
