Tulip ‘Crystal Beauty’ (10 bulbs)

Tulipa ‘Crystal Beauty’ is an award winning, captivating, perennial tulip that will grow cup-shaped, deep red flowers with a wonderful fringed edge.

With its excellent growth, great performance and reliable durability, this variety was awarded the prestigious Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society.

Flowering in mid to late spring, these tulips will grow up to a height of around 40cm/16″. It grows sturdy stems that can withstand strong winds, floating gracefully above broad lance-shaped leaves.

These beautiful spring flowering bulbs are perfect for planting in beds, borders, pots and containers in clusters during the autumn. ‘Crystal Beauty’ tulips are versatile in combination, however, they should ideally be planted together, in groups of at least 10-15 for maximum impact. This stunning variety is also ideal for floral bouquets, earning itself a place in any cut flower garden.

‘Crystal Beauty’ tulips can be grown in a wide range of soils, be it acid, alkaline or neutral, provided there is good drainage, performing best in a position of full sun. Plant the bulbs approximately 15cm/6″ deep and 10cm/4″ apart.
