Tulip ‘Icoon’ (10 bulbs)

Tulip ‘Icoon’ is a flamboyant Tulip that will make a statement in your spring garden with fully double, bowl-shaped, rich red flowers featuring orange streaks on the outer petals.

Blooming throughout mid and late spring, these naturalising blooms will return year after year, growing to a height of around 35cm/14″, appearing on strong sturdy stems that can withstand heavy wind and rain.

For the greatest visual impact, plant together in clusters dispersed among other spring flowering bulbs for a bright and elegant display in beds, borders, containers and rock gardens. These tulips are also perfect as cut flowers to enjoy around the home.

‘Icoon’ tulips will grow in a diverse range of soils, acid, alkaline or neutral, provided there is good drainage, preferably in a position of full sun. Plant the bulbs approximately 15cm/6″ deep and 10cm/4″ apart.
