Tulip ‘Helmar’ (9 bulbs)

A recipient of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit, ‘Helmar’ Tulips will produce striking, bi-colour, single, cup-shaped flowers of yellow with distinct stripes of red.

These mesmerising flowers will bloom in April and May, reaching a height of approximately 55cm/22″.

Ideal for mixing in and among beds or borders, these bulbs can excel when used for multi-level planting in pots with other bulbs such as daffodils and crocus. They will also make for excellent cut flowers.

Tulips can grow in a wide range of well-drained soils and should be planted at a depth and spread of 10cm/4″ in a position of full sun or partial shade.
