Tom Chambers Oakwell Handcrafted Nest Box (32mm Entrance)

The Tom Chambers Oakwell Handcrafted Nest Box with 32mm entrance is a classic looking wooden bird house with a genuine slate roof.

Perfect for nesting members of the Tit or Sparrow families, it will look lovely in any garden setting. There are two slates used to provide a canopy to keep the nest box dry. The small 32mm entrance will entice small wild birds to nest and with the entrance being high up, it will keep draughts out too.

A pre-drilled hanging hole is provided on the back of the nest box, so it can be hung up high. The best place to locate this nest box is in a safe sheltered location away from prevailing winds, strong sunlight, rain and at least 1.5 metres above the ground. It is important to keep the Oakwell Nest Box up high out of reach of predators too.

Please note that the Nest Box may be used as a roosting site during winter months, so be careful not to disturb nesting birds.
