Enjoy all the wonderful features of the Prunus avium ‘Stella’ Cherry Tree, but with an elegant half-standard shape, where there is a longer clear stem of approximately 1.35m.

This award-winning variety has masses of wonderful white blooms that almost completely cover the branches in spring and are a great way to attract bees and other pollinators into your garden. This has been recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society who have added it to their Plants for Pollinators Collection. As the flowers fade, the deliciously sweet and high-quality fruit appears in summer in wonderful bright red hues.

This magnificent cherry tree is a self-fertile variety that is available on Colt rootstock. This is a semi-vigorous rootstock and suitable for larger gardens where space is not an issue. Trees grafted onto Colt rootstock also benefit from better drought resistance and improved resilience to disease.

The Prunus avium ‘Stella’ Cherry Tree is known for its reliable and consistently healthy growth, making it a great low-maintenance choice. This easy-going nature has been recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society who have given it their prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
