Perfect for enhancing small spaces, the Photinia × fraseri Louise Tree, also known as the Christmas berry ‘Louise’, has crimson young foliage that changes to variegated hues with mixtures of pink, olive green and creamy-white edges. You will often find all variations of the foliage on different parts of the plant at the same time, which looks particularly beautiful.
The Christmas berry ‘Louise’ Tree has a compact and dense habit, which makes it look perfectly proportioned and requires minimal pruning to keep its neat silhouette. It is a low-maintenance and easy to grow tree that will add year-round interest to your garden as central feature, however its dense growth and compact crown, means it also makes an excellent screen to hide less favourable areas.
