Patio Magic 5L Ready to Use Sprayer

Brintons Patio Magic Ready to Use Spray is perfect for cleaning outdoor paved areas such as paths and patios. It can also be used on a range of other hard surfaces such as drives, walls, greenhouse and conservatory glass as well as a host of others.

The Patio Magic formula makes it easy to keep surfaces looking pristine as it requires no scrubbing, you can simply spray on and leave. This battery operated sprayer pack makes it even easier as the cleaning solution is ready to use so no mixing is required and you can simply point the nozzle and spray the product onto the surface to be cleaned.

The pack contains sufficient solution to treat up to 35 square metres depending on how heavily soiled the surface is.

How to use Brintons Patio Magic

This sprayer pack contains ready to use cleaning solution so there is no need to do any mixing, although you should shake the pack well before spraying.

As with all garden chemicals you should read the instructions on the label before using the product.

Best results will be obtained if the product is applied to a dry surface. If the surface has any large build-up of mould or algae, this should be removed using a stiff brush before applying the Patio Magic. Also remove any debris such as leaves, twigs or litter.

You should get results in 3 days depending on how bad the surface was and on weather conditions.

Using the sprayer

1. Take the sprayer head from the side clip and remove the plastic cover, which can then be disposed of. Unfurl the hose completely. You can then remove the protective strip from the battery compartment to activate the batteries.
2. Insert the red hose connector into the red receptor on the bottle until it clicks home securely. Move the connector to a vertical position and leave it like that while spraying.
3. Flip open the sprayer head then twist the nozzle to select a wide spray setting.
4. Always point the sprayer nozzle away from your body and then ensure that the grey trigger lock is disengaged.
5. Hold spray head approx. 50cm from the surface to be treated and spray liberally onto the surface. It will take around 12 seconds to cover 1 square metre covered in light mould growth and 29 seconds for heavy moss or algae infestations.
6. After you have finished using the sprayer, push the hose connector down and squeeze the trigger so that the nozzle can be cleared.
7. Finally, twist the spray nozzle to OFF position and re-engage the trigger lock. Flip the wand closede and store on the clip on the side of the pack without dsconnecting the hose.

Replacing the batteries

1. Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the sprayer, open and remove the dead batteries.
2. Replace with 4 new AA batteries in the correct position as shown on the inside of the battery compartment.
3. Make sure that the battery compartment door is securely closed.

Safety information

Patio Magic is not acidic and it doesn’t contain bleach, however, it should be kept out of the reach of children as with any household cleaner.

Pets should be kept off treated areas until the cleaning solution has completely dried. If any pets do go onto the surface while the solution is still wet you should wash their paws or fur well in clean water.

Try and avoid splashing or spraying Patio Magic onto plants as it will scorch any foliage. If you do so by accident immediately flush them with plenty of clean water.

Make sure that you do not allow any run off into ponds, streams or other water courses as it can be harmful to aquatic life.

Always ensure the pack is carried and stored in an upright position.
