Reaching the perfect pizza cooking temperature of 450 degress Celcius in as little as 15 minutes, you’ll be firing out pizzas for the family, or a gathering of guests, in as little as 60 seconds. The temperature of the oven can be monitored with the integrated thermometer to help you reach the optimum heat.

You can either cook with real fire for authentic smoky flavours, or add the optional gas burner (purchased separately) for greater convenience and control, this multi-fuel pizza oven is Ooni’s most versatile offering.

Use the clear glass window to keep an eye on the bake, which has ClearView technology to prevent soot and ash build up on the door. Safety is also important and with this in mind, the Handles on the Oven Door, Fuel Hatch and Chimney Baffle are all insulated, so they remain cool to the touch.
