The Dual-Sided Grizzler Plate by Ooni is a hot fusion between a Griddle and a Sizzler which can be used with all Ooni Pizza Ovens.

Maneuvering the pan from oven to table is easy and comfortable thanks to two bespoke iron handles. Saving space at the table, these handles are also detachable. Finished in black, this makes for a handsome serving platter, with a beech wood serving board for protecting serving surfaces from heat damage.
