Nemesia ‘Confetti’

A compact and upright little evergreen perennial, Nemesia ‘Confetti’ produces perfumed pretty pink flowers that bloom all the way through from May until the first frosts. This particular variant is the Nemesia ‘Confetti Improved’ making it frost hardy, unlike other Nemesias and granting it larger flowers with a deeper colour.

Only reaching a height and spread of around 25 – 30cm, this pretty perennial is perfect for sunny or partly shaded borders, cottage gardens, small gardens, containers and garden edging. Plant among other taller, colourful perennials for a truly breathtaking summer display.

This improved variant is frost hardy and drought hardy when fully established, however, they will flower for longer if watered regularly in dry weather. Plant in a position of full or partial sun into moist but well drained, neutral, acidic or alkaline soil.

It is easy to grow and virtually disease or pest free however it may suffer from foot and root rots in wet soils. Trim off flowering shoots when the first flush of flowers is finished to promote more flowers.
