Lilium ‘Oriental Pink’ Bulbs

Lilium ‘Oriental Pink’ is a stunning lily with an incredible fragrance that will shine as an accent in a border or container.

These gorgeous lilies are also perfect for cutting and would look at home in a bouquet or vase.

They prefer a rich, moist soil on the acidic side, with similar needs to rhododendrons. We recommend planting lilies such as the ‘Oriental Pink’ somewhere between March and June. Aim to plant the bulbs in a position of sun or partial shade, protected from strong winds, but avoid dry, hot locations such as along a south facing wall.

The bulbs should be planted around 15cm deep and approximately 30cm apart as they can reach up to 90cm tall and 40cm wide when fully grown. Due to this height some plants may need to be staked in order to prevent flopping over. Oriental lilies will usually flower around July to August.
