The Kamado Joe Kettle Joe Red Barbecue retains more heat, is more efficient, and is better at smoking than a typical kettle-style grill, thanks to its unique ceramic firebox which extends cooking times and uses less charcoal.
The Kettle Joe features a 55.9cm diameter cooking grate with a cooking area of 922cm² and its sleek design will look impressive in any setting, finished in red.
We love the 2-tier Divide & Conquer System that enables you to cook foods at different temperatures, so you can grill several steaks over direct heat on the lower level, whilst roasting meat or veggies using indirect heat on the top tier.
The lid is hinged for easy access whilst cooking and can be adjusted upwards to accommodate the included SlōRoller Hyperbolic Smoke Chamber. This innovative insert circulates heat and smoke more efficiently at lower smoking temperatures, which cooks your food more evenly and steadily, and enhances that classic smoky flavour.
When folded out, the side shelves provide useful prep and serve space for your tasty meals and can be folded down for easy storage. The Kettle Joe is easily manoeuvered using the included four-legged cart, which has four swivel casters, two of which can be locked in place for a sturdy grilling experience.
When you’ve finished your grill session, clean-up is quick and easy thanks to the removable ash drawer.
