This 4.5kg bag of Kamado Joe Apple Chunks will impart a subtle apple smoke flavour to barbecue food. These kiln dried apple wood chunks can be used with any charcoal BBQ and will add a very mild, subtle sweet and fruity flavor to barbecue food.
