Hamamelis x intermedia ‘Arnold Promise’ (Witch Hazel)

Hamamelis x intermedia ‘Arnold Promise’ creates a firework of colour in your garden.

Clusters of spidery, bright yellow flowers form in winter on bare, leafless branches. These flowers are fragrant and appear in January and February.

Also known as Witch Hazel, linear branches arc outwards in an open growing habit and in autumn, large, rounded leaves turn dramatic shades of red, orange and yellow.

Easy to grow and fully hardy, plant your Hamamelis in a sunny place towards the back of a garden border. They do best in well drained, fertile soil where space is not limited.

Hamamelis can make a great addition to a woodland garden, autumn and winter display or as a specimen plant.
