Igniting easily and heating up in just 15 minutes, progress is monitored with the in-built thermometer. Thanks to Gozney’s legendary space age oven insulation, it will remain at a stable cooking temperature. When the cooking’s done, it cools down in just 20 minutes, so you aren’t kept waiting around when you want to pack up and go.
Designed to be the world’s most portable pizza oven, it is easy to pack and easy to carry using its roof rack handles. Made from rugged aluminium and steel, with a removable cordierite cooking stone, it is durable and practical enough to withstand life on the road.
