Plant your rose in a bright, sunny location with well drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to easily and comfortably fit the root ball. With a handful of Mycorrhizal Fungi feed, scatter the granules into the bottom of the hole and around the base of the root ball. Place the plant into the hole and fill in around it with a suitable compost medium such as Westland Peat Free Multi-Purpose Compost. Water the base thoroughly and monitor watering during the spring and summer months.
During the flowering season, deadhead blooms after they fade to renew growth and flowering. In January or February, after the first flowering year, prune all stems back around half their original length to just above a bud. Roses can be pruned back more if desired each year thereafter.
