David Austin Roald Dahl® (Ausowlish) English Shrub Rose (6-Litre Pot)

Roald Dahl® (Ausowlish) is an English shrub rose bred by David Austin with pretty, medium-sized, soft apricot-coloured rosettes. It bloom has a perfect apricot hue that is complemented but a charming medium tea fragrance that is warming and relaxing.

This lovely bushy shrub grows few thorns, making it a wonderful addition to pots and containers to elevate the appeal of patio and seating areas. It is also works well in mixed borders, planted as a rose hedge and rose border and will excel as a cut flower to enjoy in floral displays around the home.

This English Shrub Rose was bred by David Austin and celebrates the famous children’s author, Roald Dahl. It was released in 2016 to commemorate the centenary of his birth and was chosen for its colour that is reminiscent of the peach in James and the Giant Peach.
