‘Mary Delaney’ (Ausorts) is an unusual climber being almost thorn-less and bears medium-sized, loosely double, light pink blooms. Flowering over a long season, this rose gradually opens to expose golden stamens and has a light-medium old rose fragrance.

This rose is a medium-sized climber so will grow to a height of around 3.75m within the first 3 years.

As a relatively thornless climber, Mary Delaney is perfect for growing into garden structures such as an arch, an obelisk, a pillar or over a doorway. It can also be used to grow along a garden wall or fence. Plant into a position of full sun or partial shade with practically any soil and an application of Mycorrhizal Fungi to help establish roots and encourage good plant health.

Mary Delaney was an English artist who was known for her botanical drawings and creating botanically accurate paper flowers.
