A Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit winner, David Austin Grace (Auskeppy) shrub rose produces beautiful pure apricot flowers which are darker at the centre and pale towards the edges. The perfect rosettes of blooms grow from broad, arching stems and have a warm medium tea fragrance that creates a mesmerising summer-time display.
Grace will repeat bloom from late spring through to early winter in flushes that last for up to four weeks for long-lasting impact. It is ideal for planting in mixed borders and looks particularly striking planted in a large container to position on patio and seating areas.
This rose should be planted in a position of full sunlight or partial shade and grows well in all moist but well drained soil types. To ensure you get the best floral display plant David Austin Grace with an application of Mycorrhizal Fungi to help establish strong roots and good plant health. Ensure that you regularly deadhead your rose throughout its flowering season to encourage new bud growth.
This attractive rose is named after the āgraceā which David Austin believes characterises English Roses as a group, and this variety in particular.
