Dahlia ‘Siemen Doorenbosch’ (1 tuber)

Dahlia ‘Siemen Doorenbosch’ is a patio/anemone type Dahlia with beautiful blooms of large, pink flowers around extravagant centres of yellow.

These delightful blooms rise above dark green bushy foliage and are perfect for summer borders and beds while also making for excellent cut flowers. These dwarf Dahlias are also ideal for pots and containers due to their reduced height and spread.

We recommend planting Dahlia tubers, such as ‘Siemen Doorenbosch’, between March and June into fertile, well drained soil 15 cm deep and 30 cm apart. Position in a sunny location for maximum flowering and impact. After planting, water in well and monitor during the Summer months. Aim for one good soak once a week to the base of the plant.

Use an all-purpose general plant feed for bigger and brighter blooms. Deadhead regularly to encourage more flowers through till first frosts. Cut back to near ground level in the autumn, before lifting and storing for the winter.
