Growth Technology BetterGrow Clay Pebbles are a mix of 8-16mm sized clay pebbles that are ideal to increase drainage in potted plants, containers and terrariums.
Manufactured from clay which is heated to a very high temperature, this produces lightweight, hard pebbles with a smooth skin and an expanded honeycomb core.
When mixed with compost, the pebbles absorb water and nutrients, gradually releasing them to the plant, improving drainage and preventing water-logged roots. They also act as insulation that safeguards plants from extreme temperature fluctuations.
