This Folding Beer Can Chicken Roaster by Grillstream is a neat way to to introduce incredible flavour and tenderness to your BBQ roast chicken. How to use
- Step 1: Place a can containing your marinade of choice in the centre of the roaster. The classic recipe is beer can chicken, but you could also try experimenting with some of our favourites, such as cider, wine, stock, orange juice, or even lemonade
- Step 2: Stand the chicken on top, Follow your recipe for barbecue roast chicken
- Step 3: Sit back and let the barbecue do all the work. As the chicken cooks on the barbecue, it will be basted by the liquid in the can, producing meat that is unbelievably succulent and infused with the subtle qualities of the marinade.
