The promoter of the Best Dressed Christmas Tree Competition is Gates Garden Centre, Somerby Road, Cold Overton, Oakham, Leicestershire, LE15 7QB. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Gates Garden Centre, and any other companies associated with the competition. Entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over and be a UK mainland resident.

To enter the Best Dressed Christmas Tree Competition, entrants need to take a photo of their decorated Christmas tree and post on Instagram by tagging @gatesgardencentre and using the hashtag #Gatesbestdressedtree. The most creative and interesting decorated Christmas tree will be selected by our in-house Visual Merchandising judges. The decision of the judges is final. The photo competition opens as soon as the Best Dressed Christmas Tree Competition is posted on our Gates Garden Centre Instagram page at @gatesgardencentre.

The competition closes at 10pm on Saturday 18^th December 2021 and the winner will be contacted via Message on Instagram on Monday 20^th December 2021 by an employee of Gates Garden Centre. The prize is a £50 Gates Garden Centre Gift Voucher.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or if the winner is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible runner up. Gates Garden Centre reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the prize at any time.

The winner needs to reply or contact Gates Garden Centre and supply a UK mainland address, UK email or UK contact number. We can offer an alternative E-Gift Voucher to the value of £50 if a UK email address is given. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The winner needs to provide a UK mainland address for us to post out the prize or valid UK email address. Gates Garden Centre does not hold any responsibility for damaged, delayed, lost, or missing items.
